EPISODE ONE: Mixed Messages
From all the propaganda one is fed through the media, one is led to believe that all is rosy in Singapore— the economy is booming, the government gives out ‘candy money’ whenever it makes Singaporeans swallow some bitter policy pill or other, the administration is consultatively engaging Singaporeans in the running of the country, there are no homeless people in Singapore and the future of our glorious nation is safe in the hands of our OHC(Oxford Harvard Cambridge) leaders. However, is this all for real or is it only the select few(eg. Expats) who get all the good jobs and who ultimately are privileged enough to enjoy living in Singapore?
WHEN: Thur 30 Aug, 7pm
